About me
I'm a Brazilian illustrator and designer living in Portugal. After more than 15 years working in the design field, I decided to pursue what had always been my true passion: illustration.
I studied comics and visual storytelling during my undergraduate years and later at Quanta Academia de Artes in São Paulo. I also studied Literature at the University of São Paulo (USP), looking to refine my approach to writing and narrative.
In recent years, I completed a postgraduate course and a Master’s degree at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto (FBAUP), where I focused on visual narratives through printmaking and children's books.
I’m a co-founder of Pagu, a cultural association based in Vila Nova de Gaia, a member of the artist collective Squid Ink Works in Porto, and one of the founders of DoBarro, a creative studio where we offer workshops in ceramics, illustration, and printmaking.
